Door Supervisor Refresher Course (2 Days)
Renew your SIA Door Supervisor licence with our Highfield Qualifications Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors in the Private Security Industry (Refresher). This 2-day course is designed for existing SIA Door Supervisors who need to meet the latest licence renewal requirements.
The course includes updated training on:
Effective Search Procedures
Protecting Vulnerable People
Responding to Terror Threats
Physical Intervention Refresher
Emergency First Aid at Work (included)
Delivered by an experienced trainer in a supportive learning environment, the course combines classroom learning, practical exercises, and assessments to ensure you remain compliant with current SIA standards.

Location: NorwichPrerequisites: Learners must hold a valid (or recently expired where permitted) SIA Door Supervisor licence, complete the required pre-course learning, hold valid ACT Awareness (Blue) and ACT Security (Red) certificates, and meet the SIA entry requirements. The Emergency First Aid at Work qualification is included as part of this course.

- Prerequisites for this Course
Course Prerequisites
Before attending the Door Supervisor Refresher Course, all learners must complete the following mandatory requirements:
✅ ACT Awareness e-Learning (Blue Certificate) – Completed via ProtectUK.
✅ ACT Security e-Learning (Red Certificate) – Completed via ProtectUK.
✅ Highfield Pre-Course Learning – Complete the mandatory online pre-course learning before the first day of the course. Access details will be provided after booking.
✅ Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) – This course includes the Emergency First Aid at Work qualification. If you already hold a valid EFAW certificate with at least 12 months remaining on the date the refresher course starts, please provide a copy before the course. Otherwise, you will complete the Emergency First Aid at Work training as part of your booking.
What to Bring on the Day
One valid photographic ID (Passport or Driving Licence).
Two proofs of address (dated within the last three months).
Your ACT Awareness (Blue) Certificate.
Your ACT Security (Red) Certificate.
A copy of your current Emergency First Aid at Work certificate (if applicable).
A notebook and pen.
Comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for the Physical Intervention practical sessions.
Important: Completion of the ACT Awareness (Blue), ACT Security (Red), and Highfield pre-course learning is mandatory before attending. Failure to complete these requirements or provide the required documentation may result in you being unable to undertake the course.
