Level 2 Door Supervisor (Refresher) Inc Emergency First Aid at Work
**Friday the 13th of February (Emergency First Aid at Work): *6pm - 10pm
Saturday, the 14th of February: *9am-4pm
Sunday, the 15th of February: *9am-4pm

**The Emergency first aid will be done via blended learning (online) through Highfield Qualifications on your own time and the practical element and 15 multiple-choice question exam paper will be held on the Friday 13th of February at Norfolk house from approximately 6 pm to 10 pm
“The practical session is where you demonstrate your first aid skills in a classroom environment. You will practise CPR, AED use, choking procedures, bleeding control, and casualty management under instructor supervision. This is a required part of the qualification and ensures you are competent to respond in a real emergency.”
The Course will be held at Norfolk house which is a city College and exchange Street Norwich
Timings would be approximately 9 am to 4 pm on both days. The exams will be held on the 15th which is the last day consist of two sets of multiple-choice questions.
If you have your own tablet, iPad or laptop, you can use that for exams as they are all done through E-assessment so you know whether you have pass/failed by the end of the last day.

The pre-requisites for a Door Supervisor Refresher course are:
Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
You must currently hold a Door Supervisor licence, or
Your licence must have expired within the last 3 years.
Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) or equivalent
You must hold a valid First Aid qualification that meets SIA requirements.
It must be:
A minimum of 1 day / 6 hours
In date on the first day of the refresher course
If not held, it must be completed alongside the refresher.
Right to Work in the UK
Proof such as passport, visa, or share code.
Photo Identification
Valid passport or UK driving licence.
English Language & Literacy
Sufficient level of English to understand training and complete assessments.
Access to Pre-Course Learning (if required)
Some centres require online learning to be completed before attendance.
ACT Training through Protect UK Red & Blue Certificate
Physical Capability
Must be physically able to take part in the Physical Intervention practical elements.
